What the form collects
The form sends your name, at least one contact of your choice and your message: the place it concerns, what should change and the page that shows it. Nothing more is asked.
How messages are kept and used
Messages are held by a form service and read together at the next revision of the directory. They serve only to check and correct listings and, if you ask, to reply to you. They are not sold, passed on or added to any mailing list.
How visits are counted
Visits are counted by a small script served from this site’s own domain. It sets no cookie, does not follow you to other sites and keeps nothing that identifies you; it records the page, the site you came from and, when you open a link to a place, that link.
Nothing loaded from elsewhere
These pages load nothing from other sites: no advertising, no social media buttons, no outside trackers, no external fonts and no map tiles. The map button opens openstreetmap.org only when you press it.
Seeing or removing your message
A message you sent can be shown to you, corrected or deleted on request. Use the form again with the same name and contact, say which message is meant, and it is dealt with at the next revision.
