FIDE-rated chess in Riyadh 7

These listings carry events whose pages or rows on the FIDE list say the games count for a rating. Most of them are rapid. The federation’s Riyadh Open and the women’s rapid series are on the FIDE list of rated tournaments for the kingdom, with player counts printed beside several editions, and most of their 2026 notices name Danat Al Uloom Schools in Al Malqa as the hall.

Kings Chess Club, KSHMAK and Only Move appear on the tournament server with rated rapid days of their own, and Riyadh Chess Club organised a team blitz championship in April 2025 at a school in Malaz. Golden Horse Academy, the federation’s partner for the 2026 Riyadh series, is listed with tournaments of its own. Other events in the city may be rated as well; this list holds only those whose pages say so, and each tile shows the newest dated edition.
