Suggest a club or café

Use this form for a club, a café evening, an academy, a recurring tournament or a hall in Riyadh that the directory does not list yet, or for a line in a listing that is wrong.

A link does most of the work: a tournament page, a Meetup event, a federation notice, a public post. Messages are read together at the next revision and compared with that page, and every change that follows is dated in the list revisions.

What is your message about?
For a new place: what is played there, and when. For a mistake: the line that is wrong.
The address of a web page, a chess-results.com tournament page, a Meetup event or a public post where it can be seen.
Used only to know who wrote; it is never shown on the site.
A phone number or a messenger handle, if you prefer it to email.

Leave at least one way to reach you, by email or otherwise. It stays private and is used only if a reply is needed.

How your message is handled is set out under privacy and information use.

What happens next

  • Messages are kept together until the directory is next revised.
  • It is then compared with the page you gave or the organiser’s own pages; if they confirm it, the listing changes and the change is dated.
  • Without a page that supports it, the listing stays as it is.
  • A reply is sent only when you ask for it and give a contact.
